The SQuIDS Lab is pleased to announce a seminar by Luigi Bove, Head of the Web Technology Stack at SADAS srl and alumnus of the Computer Science degree programs at the University of Naples Federico II, titled: “Evolution of Corporate Legacy Systems and Web Application Technology Stack at SADAS”. The seminar will take place on Tuesday, 26 May 2026, at 10:30 in Room CL-I-3, in the Via Claudio Campus.
SADAS srl is a software house founded in 2013 as a spin-off of the technology division of Gruppo Advanced Systems. The company develops solutions for Business Intelligence, Information Management, and Data Analysis, also leveraging advanced Artificial Intelligence techniques. Its solutions are developed using technologies produced in SADAS R&D laboratories, located in Casalnuovo di Napoli, Pisa, and Milan.
The seminar will provide an overview of the technological stack adopted for Web applications at SADAS, with a focus on the ongoing evolution towards modern software architectures and contemporary Web technologies. The talk will also address the challenges involved in migrating applications to new environments and deploying them effectively, including practical examples from the company’s experience.
The seminar is aimed at students, researchers, and practitioners interested in software evolution, Web technologies, legacy system modernization, and industrial software development practices.
